A FREE TRAINING FOR VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES AND PARENTS...

ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH?

3 STEPS TO FUELLING YOUR ATHLETE'S GOALS

so you can understand what's holding them back… and finally figure out what your athlete needs to feel energized.

SHOW ME HOW!

Wouldn’t it be nice if your athlete could end the cycle of under-fuelling, under recovering and under performing?

If you're a parent of an athlete with big volleyball goals who wants to make noticeable performance gains this season, they may be unintentionally ignoring one of the most important fundamentals for active teen athletes in sport…their nutrition.

Sure, they may have the work-ethic.  And maybe they're already spending many extra hours in the gym and at camps.

But either way, something's missing. They can't seem to keep energized. You want what's best for them but they are a teen after all...

Getting them to listen? Different story.

Or maybe you're confused yourself on what's best for them with all the conflicting nutrition information out there.

“Why are they always exhausted no matter how much they sleep?”
“what should they eat before practice?”
“how can I get them to eat more at tournaments? What should they have between games?”
“I know she needs more food but we can't figure out how to fit it in?”
"I'm worried but I can't get her to understand!"

It's time to get answers.

Hey there, I'm Kelsey...

12 year club volleyball athlete, former college volleyball player, registered dietitian and sports nutrition coach, who knows the exact fuelling system needed to match the high energetic demands of volleyball performance.

I help volleyball athletes(& parents) understand why their nutrition is holding them back and teach them to fuel with confidence by using simple frameworks and actionable steps.

In my journey from college athlete to dietitian and nutrition coach, I’ve noticed a big gap and opportunity--that no one is talking about nutrition to youth athletes and it's costing their performance & their health.

Which means athletes are not getting the most out of all their hard training, not understanding what their body needs, and holding themselves back often unintentionally.

We’re gonna change that.
